JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 3 years’ experience
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: To c£40,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
A nationally rated, specialist law firm is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious, experienced Conveyancing Fee-Earner to join their thriving property team. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload of matters, advising both private clients and the Court of Protection. Key responsibilities include setting up files, completing commission surveys and reports, dealing with sale and purchase transactions from initial instruction though to post completion, meeting both time recording and billing targets and producing letters, documents and reports throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from individuals who can demonstrate they have at least 3 years of experience as a Fee Earner in all aspects of residential conveyancing and must also possess a legal qualification. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in freehold and leasehold properties and experience in reading and interpreting building survey reports will provide applicants with a distinct advantage.
