THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to an established Private Client fee earner. You will take ownership of the day-to-day administration, ensuring the department operates efficiently while delivering a high standard of client service.
Your responsibilities will include diary management, handling incoming post, preparing correspondence and legal documentation, completing legal forms, opening and closing client files, document production and providing proactive administrative support across a varied workload.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Legal Secretaries with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting Private Client Solicitors.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Private Client work, outstanding organisational skills and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. You will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting a busy legal team.
THE PACKAGE:
