Commercial Property Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Shropshire | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Shropshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on a high-quality caseload while enjoying strong client contact and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The role will involve advising a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, agricultural land transactions, property development, property finance and portfolio management.

You will have responsibility for your own caseload, working closely with clients whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and other qualified lawyers with at least 2 years' PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property. You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a practical, commercially focused approach.
