Senior Paralegal | Lease Extensions | Fully Remote | Competitive Salary DOE

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join a specialist Lease Extensions team. This is a fully remote role offering the chance to manage your own caseload within a supportive and highly regarded property practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and experienced property case handler who enjoys managing files, progressing matters efficiently and delivering excellent client service within a specialist and supportive team.

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing lease extension files on a day-to-day basis
• Liaising with clients, landlords, managing agents, valuers and lenders
• Reviewing leases and title documentation
• Preparing correspondence and documents using precedents
• Chasing and negotiating informal lease extension terms
• Preparing completion and post-completion documentation
• Handling Land Registry applications and requisitions
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

This is a senior-level role suited to someone with strong practical experience in leasehold property work and the ability to manage matters efficiently with minimal supervision.

The Candidate
• At least 3 years' experience within residential property, leasehold property or lease extension work
• Experience managing their own property caseload
• Strong Land Registry and post-completion experience
• A good understanding of leasehold titles and lease documentation
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently within a supervised environment
• A proactive and commercially aware approach

Previous leasehold enfranchisement or statutory lease extension experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
