Commercial Property PSL – East Midlands – 5+ PQE – Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a role that offers something a little different from fee-earning?
Perhaps you've reached a point in your career where you particularly enjoy the technical side of Commercial Property, keeping up to date with legal developments and supporting colleagues, but would like to step away from the pressures of a traditional fee-earning role.
Alternatively, are you already working as a Commercial Property PSL and looking for your next challenge?
A leading Legal 500 rated law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property PSL to join its established commercial property team in the East Midlands.
Previous PSL experience is not essential! The firm is open to hearing from experienced Commercial Property lawyers looking to make their first move into a PSL role, as well as existing Commercial Property PSLs who are looking for a new opportunity.

OVERVIEW:
Working closely with the Commercial Property team, you will use your legal expertise to provide technical support, share knowledge and keep the team informed of key developments within the sector.
The role will include:
• Keeping colleagues informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments
• Developing and maintaining precedents, guidance and other technical resources
• Preparing legal updates and contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing
• Monitoring changes in Commercial Property law and considering their impact on the team and its clients
• Providing technical support and guidance on more complex matters
• Supporting the development of best practice and knowledge across the Commercial Property team
• Working with Partners and fee earners to identify areas where further technical guidance or support would be beneficial
This role would suit someone who enjoys the technical and advisory aspects of Commercial Property and would like to utilise their experience in a different way.
If you are currently working in a fee-earning role, this could be an opportunity to step away from the pressures of billing and targets while continuing to use the Commercial Property knowledge and expertise you have built throughout your career.
The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong technical background and good knowledge of commercial real estate.
