Job Description
Commercial Litigation Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Leicestershire, £35,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued development of this department. JOB REF: 5515.
THE ROLE:
• This impressive Dispute Resolution team advises and represents both individuals and businesses across a broad range of contentious matters, combining practical legal advice with a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial and general litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, property ownership disputes and contentious probate.
• You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, take responsibility for client matters and work closely with colleagues across the firm.
• The role offers a varied and engaging workload, with scope to develop your expertise in commercial litigation and broader dispute resolution.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors who are enthusiastic about dispute resolution and keen to build a successful career in litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients and building lasting relationships.
• The ability to manage your own caseload, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
• A practical, commercially minded approach to resolving disputes.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the growth and development of the department.
