Senior Associate – Private Client - Warwickshire - 215305562
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded niche boutique law firm in Warwickshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate looking to join a specialist practice where quality of work, strong client relationships and a personal approach to service are at the heart of everything they do.
The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing tailored legal advice to a loyal client base and is keen to attract an experienced lawyer who can play a key role in the continued development of its private client offering.
The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters, advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients on a range of personal legal matters.
Your work will include:
Drafting wills, including complex wills and estate planning arrangements.
Advising on trusts and inheritance tax planning.
Managing probate and estate administration matters.
Advising on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters where appropriate.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
Supporting the ongoing growth of the private client department and contributing to the firm's wider business development initiatives.
The Candidate
You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong technical background and the confidence to manage complex matters independently. You will have excellent client care skills, a commercially minded approach and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referrers.
This role would suit a Senior Associate who enjoys working closely with clients and is looking for a position where they can make a genuine contribution within a specialist, close-knit firm.
