Family Solicitor – Cornwall – Leading Regional Law Firm – Excellent Career Opportunity
A leading regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Cornwall.
This is an excellent opportunity for a family lawyer looking to join a well-established practice with an excellent reputation and a strong client base.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of family matters, providing clear, pragmatic and sensitive advice to clients at what can often be a challenging time in their lives.
The Role:
Managing a varied caseload of family matters from initial instruction through to conclusion;
Advising on divorce and separation, financial matters and private children work;
Dealing with complex financial arrangements and disputes where appropriate;
Preparing applications, statements and other court documentation;
Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings;
Building and maintaining strong client relationships;
Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm;
Contributing to the continued growth and development of the family team.
The Candidate:
The firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor who can demonstrate:
Solid experience in family law and the ability to manage their own caseload;
Strong technical and advocacy skills;
Excellent client-care and communication abilities;
A calm, empathetic and professional approach;
The ability to work independently while being a supportive team player;
Commercial awareness and a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
