Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor – Partner, 10+ Years’ PQE, Surrey | Market Rate. OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will lead an established Insolvency and Restructuring team, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies and turnaround solutions. You will provide commercially focused advice across formal and informal insolvency processes, acting for businesses, insolvency practitioners and other key stakeholders, while taking a leading role in the strategic development of the practice. This will include developing new client relationships, strengthening existing connections, identifying cross-referral opportunities and contributing to wider business development. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors qualified in England and Wales with 10+ years’ PQE and significant experience in Insolvency and Restructuring Law. You will have outstanding technical expertise across insolvency and related corporate and commercial matters, together with a proven track record of leading complex matters, developing client relationships and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
