Family Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Cambridge, £45,000+ (DOE) - Whether you’re taking your first steps into practice or looking to build on your existing experience, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and growing family law team. JOB REF:5733
THE ROLE:
• You will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of family matters, develop strong client relationships and build your expertise alongside experienced colleagues.
• Advise individuals on a range of family law matters, providing clear, sensitive and practical guidance during what can often be challenging periods in their lives.
• Managing your own caseload in line with your level of experience, with support and supervision available.
• Building positive client relationships through clear communication, empathy and a professional approach.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of legal advice and client service.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors who is enthusiastic about family law and committed to developing their technical ability and professional reputation.
• A sound understanding of family law principles, with the ability to apply them effectively to client matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal sensitively with clients.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while developing your own independence.
