Dispute Resolution Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Dorset | Hybrid Working
A well-regarded Dorset law firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or FCILEx (5+ PQE) to join its growing Litigation team.
You'll manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including commercial and contractual disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general civil litigation. The role offers high-quality work, autonomy, and clear career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
• 5+ years' PQE in Civil & Commercial Litigation
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong client care, communication, and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with advocacy experience
• Keen to build client relationships and support business development
