About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Reconciliation Administrator to support our business by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across our key systems. You’ll play an important role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our business information, working across MRPeasy and Salesforce to identify discrepancies, investigate issues and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Reconciliation Administrator to support our business by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across our key systems. You’ll play an important role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our business information, working across MRPeasy and Salesforce to identify discrepancies, investigate issues and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Review & reconcile data between MRPeasy and Salesforce.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, checks and validation.
- Produce reports and analysis to support operational and business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of information and processes.
- Help maintain accurate, reliable and up-to-date business records across key systems.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Data analysis
- Lookups
- Pivot tables
- Managing large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using CRM, ERP or manufacturing systems would be advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
