Contact Centre Advisor, town centre location, working on long term temporary contracts with high emphasise on dealing with the general public. Working full time hours Monday - Friday, the hourly rate is £8.87 per hour and the position could lead to permanent employment.
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will need to evidence a proven employment track record in high volume customer service roles, with the ability to work to service targets and ensure that customer queries are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manager.
You will have a good working knowledge of MS Office-Outlook and Word to assist with the consistent communication process attached to the position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to listen, advise and deliver exceptional customer service skills.
