About the Production Operative role
- Safely operating a variety of production machines
- Accurately assembling products to customer spec
- Carrying out quality checks on final products
- Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
The successful Production Operative candidate
- Previous experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
- Comfortable with manual work and standing for extended periods
