Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative’s to join our logistics client on the outskirts of Swindon, RG17.

• Temporary to Permanent
• Monday - Friday dayshift
• £26,000 – 30,000 d.o.e
• OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION

About the Customer Service Representative’s job 

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries, via email and phone
• Responsible for the management of a select number of customer accounts
• Handle any order, delivery and invoice issues with accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

The right Customer Service Representative’s candidate

• Proven experience of handling customer accounts and queries
• Experience within the logistics sector
• Excellent and timely communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to handle and prioritise own workload in a fast paced environment
