Job Description
Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our distribution client in West Swindon, SN5.
- Temporary to Permanent opportunity
- Immediate start
- Monday-Friday, typical start times between 4am and 6am
- £15.86 per hour
- Safely operate HGV Category C vehicles to deliver items to customers
- Provide excellent customer service when customer facing
- Be a key holder to securely open and close some premises
- Handle cash on some deliveries to settle invoices
- Deliver products to customers premises by hand and/or by using MHE
- Current valid UK Category C Driving Licence
- Previous experience of delivering customer goods
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and customers
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail when calculating and handling cash
