Logistics Coordinator
Location: OX10
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We're recruiting for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business in OX10. Working within a small team, you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored, issued and dispatched accurately to keep production running smoothly.

We're recruiting for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business in OX10. Working within a small team, you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored, issued and dispatched accurately to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and book in deliveries.
- Report shortages or damaged goods.
- Store and move stock accurately.
- Issue and kit materials for production.
- Carry out stock checks and cycle counts.
- Support despatch activities and loading/unloading of vehicles.
- Operate a forklift where required.
- Maintain accurate stock records and follow FIFO procedures.
- Work safely and comply with all Health & Safety policies.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, stock control or despatch experience, ideally within manufacturing.
- Good IT and communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
