Job Description
Are you passionate about justice and dedicated to helping others? Our client is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal with expertise in reparation to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation.
- Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather relevant information.
- Assist in the negotiation and settlement of claims, with a specific focus on achieving fair reparations for our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification.
- Proven experience in personal injury law, with a strong emphasis on reparation.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
