HR Business Partner
Pertemps are delighted to bring to market an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have a vast scope of responsibilities, working on an operational level to drive HR initiatives and support the wider business.
- £50,000 - £55,000
- Hybrid Working
- Based in the West of Scotland
Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with Senior Management team to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Lead on talent management initiatives, including performance management, and employee development programmes.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with company values and culture.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Partner with the business to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Experience Required- Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
- Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
- Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
