Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Temporary HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across a range of activities
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documentation
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
    • Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
    • Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner
    • Assist with absence tracking and reporting
    • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as required

Skills and Experience:
 
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
