    • Reconcile payroll outputs to the financial ledger
    • Provide support and guidance to budget holders regarding payroll-related financial information
    • Contribute to continuous improvement across payroll and finance systems and processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous payroll experience within a busy finance environment
    • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and pensions
    • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience with reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to support managers and stakeholders
    • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
    • Good systems knowledge, including Excel and payroll/finance software

What’s on Offer
