Job Description

Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Paisley for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a senior executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated PA support to a senior executive.

    • Manage complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.

    • Prepare reports, presentations and executive documentation.

    • Take minutes and track actions through to completion.

    • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Support the day-to-day coordination of office and facilities operations.

 

About You

You'll have:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.

    • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    • A professional, discreet and proactive approach.
