Office Services Assistant in Guildford
To provide mail room, reprographics services and support and advice to my clients employees and contractors.
Office Services Assistant responsibilities:
Sort, count, and distribute all incoming mail
Collect mail from areas required, and dispatch urgently
To dispatch outgoing mail using Royal Mail, DX mail, local and international services.
To book bike courier bookings using phone/email
Distribute stationary and copier paper to floors
To order stationery items for floors via the online system.
To produce copies as requested from supplied soft or hard copy originals
To finish documents as per the instruction supplied
Scanning of documents via the equipment or using the scanning software provided.
Advise users on the best method of production
Take ownership of each job produced and ensure end users are informed about production of their work and deadlines at all times.
Check quality of work especially for errors
All copies of work to be accounted for at all times
All work requests recorded appropriately and completed in full.
Monitor and send faxes.
Previous mail room and reprographics experience
To answer telephones and follow through any queries in a professional and business like manner
Strong customer service skills
Mature and confident outlook
The ability to work well under pressure
Posses a 'can do' attitude
Able to think outside the box and make decisions.
Friendly and professional nature.
