Job Description
Location: Redditch, UK
Shift: Night Shift (8.45 pm to 7 am)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
A successful manufacturing company located in the Redditch area is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join their growing team. Working on a night shift you'll be supporting the finishing team by Powder Coating a variety of products to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Applying powder coating to various surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
- Loading and offloading product from the track
- Ensuring even coating and adherence to quality standards.
- Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment.
- Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments.
- Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean working environment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Powder Coater in an industrial setting.
- At least 2 years industrial painting experience required
- Proficiency in using powder coating equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- FLT License *desirable
