Straight Permanent opportunity for a Press Operator to join the production department of a successful manufacturing company based in Redditch. The role is to assist in the production of forged components on large hydraulic presses which can range from 200 to 12000 Tonnes.

The ideal candidate will have experience from a similar hands-on role working on large presses, hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical, or other machinery which is of a similar nature. Previous roles such as Press Operative, Press Operator, Press Setter, Press Helper, Press Feeder or Production Operator may give candidates relevant experience.


Key Attributes, Press Operator:

• Previous experience in working for manufacturing industry
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Understanding of Quality procedures
• Able to work towards deadlines

This role works throughout the weekend, Friday to Sunday, 0500 to 1800 (36 hours per week).
