Customer Service Manager – Tool Hire

Excellent Customer Service is always at the top of their priority list and because of this they have built an extraordinary customer focussed sales team.

Forecasting major new developments upcoming in the very near future they are now seeking a team manager to lead, manage and mentor their team of advisors. They are looking for someone with hands on experience in a customer service role and a proven background of managing teams. You will be given full autonomy to grow this team as your own, be involved with inductions, training, recruitment and long term planning for the team. This is an extremely exciting role that is quiet rare to find within the industry!

Tool/Plant hire experiences isn't essential, however would be a great advantage!
