Interim HR Advisor (9 month fixed term contract)
A nationally established Facilities Management organisation is seeking an interim HR Advisor for an initial period of 9 months, with a chance of this then being extended or made permanent.
Working within this fast paced and complex business you will be part of an existing HR function supporting c15,000 colleagues.
Reporting to a HR Business Partner and working alongside a number of Advisors you will be a main point of contact for ER issues, managing a caseload of 25 – 30 cases at any time. This will be a mix of issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and long-term sick. You will work closely with Managers in order to upskill them where possible, sometimes providing training.
To be considered for this role you will be:
- Able to commit to a 9 month fixed term contract.
- A confident HR practitioner with a wealth of experience of having managed volume ER issues.
- Happy to be based in an office location 3 days per week.
