I have a wonderful opportunity for a Sales focused individual who has the ability to sell additional products and services.
This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre environment, who enjoys providing customers their service with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service/Sales environment. Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise. You will fact find and create a need to upsell additional products and services. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise. (MUST HAVE 2 YEARS MINIMUM OF CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE)

• Drive sales from potential customers and cross-sell and upsell to customers
• Build a long career in a customer service
• Liaise with our customers on a daily basis via telephone, Livechat and email.

Who you are
• Excellent telephone manner and enthusiastic attitude to customers and staff alike
• 2 years of contact centre experience minimum is a must
• Commercial aptitude and salesmanship ( ability to sell and upsell)
• Able to multitask and work efficiently
• Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
• Calm under pressure
• Good written English skills
• Have a super positive outlook in every situation.
