Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach
Location: North West- Hybrid Working

Due to the continual growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach in Leadership and Management, Team Leader, and Recruitment

• Full-time position: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging learning programs tailored to learners' needs in areas like Operational Departmental Management, Recruitment, and Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Utilize a variety of resources and techniques to support learners in achieving their Apprenticeship Qualification.
• Provide constructive feedback to maximize learner potential and ensure work meets qualification standards.
• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching practices to meet deadlines and targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of learner progress.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
• Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
• Vocational experience in the Apprenticeship Sector, particularly in Management and Recruitment
• Teaching Qualification preferred but not essential (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management and Recruitment.
• Ideally hold a qualification in Leadership and Management at level 3 or above.
