Role and Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment
- Move materials safely and efficiently across the site
- Support production teams with timely supply of stock
- Play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow
- Work within a team-focused, safety-first environment
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Transporting raw materials and finished goods
- Supplying production lines with required materials
- Following site processes and maintaining quality standards
- Working to targets and operational deadlines
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Previous forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Reliable, dependable, and adaptable
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- £13.29 per hour basic rate
- £1.85 per hour shift allowance (days/afternoons)
- £3.08 per hour shift allowance (nights)
