Location: Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire (DE13)
Pay: From £12.74 per hour (depending on department and shift pattern)
Shifts: Static Days or Rotating 2-Shift Pattern

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and manufacture automotive components to specification.
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised work area in line with 5S standards.
- Report any quality, equipment or safety issues to your UET Leader.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production (automotive experience is desirable but not essential).
- Confidence operating machinery and following work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting pay from £12.74 per hour, with enhanced rates depending on department and shift pattern.
