We're looking for an ambitious HR Associate to join our HR team in a full-time, remote position supporting our UK operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you'll become part of a collaborative international business with over 60 years of success and a presence across Europe, the UK, and the USA. About the RoleAs an HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the UK HR function and delivering a positive employee experience. Working closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues, you'll provide operational HR support while developing your expertise across a broad range of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities for new employees. 

    • Prepare employment contracts, probation reviews, and employee documentation. 

    • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including leavers and exit interviews

    • Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. 

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with employment legislation.

    • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems. 

    • Support payroll-related administration and monthly updates. 

    • Assist with benefits administration and employee wellbeing initiatives. 

    • Support performance reviews and career development programmes.

    • Assist with learning, training, and employee engagement activities. 

    • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Essential Requirements
  • Previous HR experience, ideally within an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Associate role.

    • Approximately 2-5 years of HR experience

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    • Experience working within a corporate or professional business environment.

    • Experience using HR systems and HRIS platforms.

    • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline. 

    • CIPD qualification, or working towards CIPD.
