Parcel Sorting Warehouse OperativeRoyal Mail Peak Season | National Parcel Hub - Crick/Daventry Depot Peak Season 2026 | November - December | Various Shifts
Looking for work this festive season? Pertemps is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support Royal Mail at their National Parcel Hub (NN6 7DD) during their busiest time of year.
No previous warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided.
What’s on offer:
• Competitive pay rates at £15:14 per hour for early and late daytime shifts plus £16.44 per hour for night shifts
• Weekly pay

The role:
You’ll help keep Royal Mail’s parcel operation moving by:
• Sorting and scanning parcels
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving parcels and rolling cages around the hub
• Working as part of a busy team to meet targets
• Following site health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team players who are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Previous warehouse or parcel experience is beneficial but not essential.
Roles are expected to run from November to December 2026. Successful applicants will need to complete Royal Mail’s required pre-employment checks, including a DBS check.
