In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver a great experience to every customer you speak with. You’ll take ownership of each situation, asking the relevant questions, listening, and finding a solution that leaves our customers feeling that they have been understood and supported in the best way possible.
We know our service is essential, but we also want it to be exceptional, so we need you to help us make sure we’re always putting our customers first. If you thrive on a challenge, are at your best when you’re busy, enjoy helping and can empathise with customers who are facing difficulty, then the Customer Advisor is the perfect job for you!
As we’re proud to support the communities we serve, we’ll need you to live in the Thames Water region.
You’ll know if you do as you’ll be a Thames Water customer with your water bill coming from us.Our working hours are 36 hours a week and you will be working on a shift pattern. The shift requirements differ from month to month. After you have applied, our team will be in touch and discuss the available shifts with you.
