Production Operative

Pertemps are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join a fantastic company based in Andover. My client are a fast growing and successful company looking to expand their manufacturing operations. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities as a Production Operative:
- Assembling cable systems
- Read, understand & follow assembly drawings and process specifications accurately
- Measuring and cutting cable
- Soldering and crimping duties
- Packing & preparing items for dispatch
- Reporting issues or test failures

**Specialist training will be provided for candidates keen to develop and learn new skills**

Although training will be provided, previous experience in the following skills would be advantageous:
- Wire and cable preparation
- Soldering and crimping
- Electrical testing (preferable)
- Data entry
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, energy, drive & is a team player
