Part Time Cleaner – Temporary Assignment
£13.45 per hour 
Plymouth

12 Weeks initially with potential extension depending on needs and requirements of department. 

We are recruiting experienced Part‑Time Cleaners for temporary roles based in Plymouth. These positions involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness across office, kitchen and facilities areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for staff and visitors. All cleaning equipment and products will be provided on site.

Available Shifts

• 10 hour per week position Monday–Friday 5pm–7pm (PL1) 
  
  
• 14 hour per week position Monday–Saturday 8am–10am & then back Saturday afternoon 4pm–6pm (PL4)

Key Responsibilities

• Office and kitchen cleaning including worktops, appliances, desks and communal areas
• Facilities cleaning including toilets, rest rooms and washrooms
• Touch‑point cleaning such as door handles, switches and shared surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping of all required areas
• Dusting and general upkeep of cleanliness
• Refuse disposal and replenishing consumables
• Safe use of cleaning products and equipment provided
• Working independently to complete tasks within set timeframes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
• Recent experience within the last 6 months (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• Good understanding of safe cleaning practices
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently
