Finance Administrator. Pertemps Recruitment is recruiting a Finance Administrator for a finance team within an up and coming business in the Saltash area. Join a friendly and supportive team, working in modern offices, with excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday.
Your role will be to work as part of the team to process accounting information, in order to enable the preparation and presentation of accurate accounting reports. You will be responsible for processing all sales orders through to invoice in the Finance system, ensuring invoices are coded correctly to enable accurate reporting and reconciliation. In addition you will post sales receipts and banking payments on a daily basis and to reconcile multiple bank accounts of various currencies on a monthly basis and investigate any queries on the Customer accounts, liaising internally with the Sales team and clients to resolve any problems.
Working as part of the team you will plan, prioritise and organise personal weekly workload in order to meet deadlines and targets/objectives and to deliver workload ensuring compliance to processes and procedures.
Offering a salary of £19,000+ negotiable depending on skills and experience. Full time office hours Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. This is a 9 month permanent contract which is a maternity cover.
