Property Management Assistant required for an established Residential Property Management Practice based in Plymouth.
We are seeking a motivated individual to work alongside the Director and Senior Property Manager in the management of a number of high quality residential buildings and estates around Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Ideally you will have previous property experience for this role; working in lettings, estate agency or previous property management experience.
As a successful Property Management Assistant you will be required to routinely meet clients and attend residents' meetings and should therefore be highly presentable and a confident communicator.
A clean driving licence and car is required for this position.
The role will involve assisting in day to day block management issues, including the preparation of service charge budgets and accounts; dealing with maintenance and repairs; insurance claims; health and safety risk assessments and general landlord and tenant issues.
Some previous work experience in the residential property industry would be preferable, although training will be provided. The candidate must have a strong administrative background with good organisational skills and must be IT literate.
