Pertemps South Midlands driving hub are recruiting 2 experienced HGV1 Drivers (Nights Out) for our client based in Milton Keynes.
If your idea of a good shift is covering some miles, parking up for the night and not being mistaken for a warehouse operative, you'll fit right in here.

📅 Monday to Friday
🕖 07:00 Starts
🌙 1-4 Nights Out Per Week
💷 £22.00 Per Hour
💷 £25.00 Night out allowance
✅ Weekly Pay or monthly pay
✅ No Handball
✅ Long Distance Runs
✅ Immediate Start Available
✅ Ongoing Work
✅ Keep the same vehicle.
🚚 WHAT'S THE JOB?
This is proper driving work.
You'll be completing business-to-business deliveries across the UK, typically making 2-3 drops per day.
No store deliveries.
No dragging pallets around.
No turning up expecting to drive and ending up auditioning for Britain's Strongest Man.
Just straightforward HGV1 work, long-distance runs and nights out.
Your Typical Week:
✔ 2-3 deliveries per day
✔ Long-distance runs
✔ 1-4 nights out per week
✔ Monday to Friday working pattern
✔ Average 9-hour shifts
✔ Plenty of motorway miles
The kind of work where you can get settled in, crack on with the job and enjoy being behind the wheel.
✅ WHAT YOU'LL NEED
✔ Valid HGV1 (C+E) Licence
✔ Driver CPC Qualification Card
✔ Digital Tachograph Card
✔ Minimum 2 years' HGV1 experience
✔ Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
✔ No more than 6 penalty points
✔ Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
✔ Happy with regular nights out
