Looking for a Maintenance role with a great work-life balance?
We're recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to work Monday to Friday with no shift work, supporting modern production equipment within a stable and growing organisation.
You'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently through planned maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Salary up to £45,760 depending on experience
✅ Monday-Friday days only (8:30am-5:00pm)
✅ Permanent full-time position
✅ Overtime available

You'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently through planned maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Assisting with machinery upgrades, installations and modifications
- Supporting continuous improvement activities to improve reliability and efficiency
- Working closely with production teams to maximise machine performance
- Managing critical spare parts and liaising with specialist contractors when required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician or similar
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of 240V electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Three-phase electrical experience
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
