Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:

• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation.
• Manage the general inbox and respond to supplier and in-house queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

 
The successful Accounts Assistant will require:

• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
