Events Administrator - Working in the beautiful South West of England, located in Britain's Ocean City, Plymouth.
We are looking for an Events Administrator to work in central Plymouth. This is a part time role, ideally working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 09.00 - 17.00, with an hourly rate of between £9.16 - £9.78, dependant on experience.
You will be responsible for the following;
" Collation and production of accurate, comprehensive information to support the Marketing and Event team.
" Manage the day-to-day administration of events, including handling telephone and email enquiries.
" Support the Marketing team in administrating and producing communications for a variety of platforms.
" Assist the Marketing and Communications Officer and Events Officer in collating submissions from Event Partners for promotional brochures and website.
" Build a rapport with Event Partners to ensure they communicate event activity and attendance.
" Assist with the communication and administration within all marketing platforms, including social media, website and print.
" Coordinate collation of PR images and content with Event Partners.
" Assist with volunteer recruitment and training where appropriate.
" Coordinate communications with local volunteers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
" Strong administrative skills, with a good knowledge of Office and digital software (social media and Wordpress)
" Knowledge of business, customer care, events and marketing
" Understanding of evaluation methods
