Plymouth City Council currently have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join their Children, Young People and Families service in Plymouth. Due to Covid restrictions, the majority of this role would be remote working. On occasion, you may be required to work on site in City Centre based offices.
You will be working a 37 hour week, with a competitive hourly pay rate of £10.62.
As a Senior Administrator, your primary role would be to provide efficient and effective business support across the service. You would also be responsible for managing three members of staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising/managing staff in a business support role.
You will also be responsible for the following;
Day to day supervision of staff
Conducting risk assessments
Completing health questionnaires
Recording responses to questionnaires onto a database.
Inputting of supervision notes
Responding to queries in a timely manner
Setting up of meetings
Occasional reception cover
