Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge?
We are looking for a confident Administrator to join this busy and fast paced department within a public sector environment.
The working hours for this post will be a 37 hour week, with a competitive starting pay rate of £10.01 per hour. Due to Covid restrictions, the majority of the work would be remote working, however, initial training would be office based.
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to senior managers in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience of, and be responsible for the following;
Responding to correspondence, emails and telephone calls as required.
Coordinating and confirming meetings.
Updating of database
Experience of working in a clerical or administrative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be customer focused and solutions orientated.
