We are looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join this busy and fast based team, working within a public sector environment.
The working hours for this post will be 37 hours per week, with a competitive starting pay rate of £10.01 per hour. Due to Covid restrictions, the majority of the work would be remote working, however, initial training would be office based.
The ideal candidate will have experience of, and be responsible for the following;
Previous Credit Control experience
Contacting customers by phone to chase payment of outstanding debt
Issuing documentation to customers
Responding to telephone and email queries in a timely, and professional manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to overcome objectives. You will be comfortable with calling people and having conversations of a sometimes difficult or sensitive nature.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be customer focused and solutions orientated.
