📍 Location: MK6 4BB
💷Pay Rate: £17.75 per hour
🕒Shift Pattern: 10:00pm – 6:00am
📅Working Pattern: 4 days out of 7 (includes weekends – this is not a Monday–Thursday role)
📄Contract: Ongoing Temporary
🌡️Environment: Chilled warehouse (approx. 2°C)

About the Role

Our client, a well-established and fast-paced distribution operation, is looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Milton Keynes.

This is a vital role within the warehouse, ensuring products are handled and distributed efficiently to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Picking and preparing stock accurately
• Receiving goods and checking for accuracy
• Completing load verifications using handheld scanners
• Ensuring vehicles are loaded for maximum efficiency
• Storing goods correctly within the warehouse

You may also occasionally support other departments within the operation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Have previous experience working in a chilled warehouse environment
• Are physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Have basic food hygiene awareness
• Are hardworking, flexible, and reliable

Important Information

• ❗Shift pattern includes weekends and varied days – not a fixed Monday to Thursday position
• ❗Drug and alcohol testing will be conducted on your first day of induction
• ❗Induction is Monday 29th June at 18:00
