Permanent Service Administrator role available with a well established SME within the Construction industry in the Copthorne location. We are looking for a candidate with excellent coordination and organizational skills who can act as a main point of contact for clients and co-ordinate a team of engineers.
Based within a small but friendly office, you will act as an all-round Administrator for the Company. Dealing with calls and emails from clients, you will be scheduling responses via the co-ordination of a team of engineers. You will be creating job sheets for each booking, produce PO's for subcontractors and order all necessary supplies.
Due to the location of this position, you must have your own transport. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8 - 5 and this role is due to start as soon as possible, although notice periods will be taken into account.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to deal with high call volumes (on occasion)
- High attention to detail
- Competent with spreadsheets (Excel), databases, Word and Outlook
- Proactive team player but someone who can work autonomously when required.
