Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Manage, organize, and motivate the assembly team.
- Production & Planning: Plan schedules for personnel and equipment based on senior management priorities.
- Workflow Creation: Read production drawings and design efficient workflows for new assemblies.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify problems, maintain quality/efficiency, improve 6S standards, and suggest equipment/process upgrades.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and industry requirements.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise effectively with Design, QA, and other production teams.
- Proven experience in a similar management role within electronics/PCB manufacturing.
- Strong track record of driving production quality and efficiency.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement effective change.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Own transport is essential.
