Job Description
We are working exclusively with a well-established electronics components supplier, based in East Grinstead, who are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.
Managing the day-to-day coordination of one key customer account, this is a varied role covering everything from customer orders and quotations through to delivery, working closely with the customer, suppliers and the wider operations team. You’ll be responsible for keeping orders and documentation accurate, progressing deliveries and making sure the customer receives clear and timely updates.
It would suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys a role where there are plenty of moving parts to keep on top of.

The Role:
- Prepare, check and issue quotations in line with customer requirements and supplier pricing
- Process and manage purchase orders with international suppliers, keeping track of lead times and delivery dates
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to provide updates on order progress and resolve any queries
- Check supplier invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Produce and maintain regular reports covering order status and supply chain activity
- Support with incoming goods, including checking deliveries and accompanying documentation
- Assist with preparing goods for despatch and ensuring the relevant shipping and export documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing across customer and supplier orders
- Assist with ensuring processes are followed in line with ISO9001 quality standards
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team
Person Specification
- Previous experience supporting the order process for key or high-priority customer accounts is essential
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when dealing with orders, quotations, documentation and delivery information
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
- Confident communicating with customers and suppliers, providing a professional and reliable service
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, distribution, engineering, electronics or similar environment would be advantageous, but is not essential

- Monday–Thursday 8.30am–5pm & lunchtime Friday finish
- £30,000 - £32,000pa
