Based in Birmingham, the role itself will be a 360 recruitment consultant role in Commercial Recruitment (business support staff). Bullet pointed below are some of the tasks that we will involve you in, and support you with;
• Permanent recruitment
• Business development
• Candidate generation
• Negotiating salaries & fees
• Gaining references, referrals and leads.
